My account is a section where your account details are saved which is created in prithve.com. My account allowes you to track current orders,previous orders, go through your wishlist, add,update or change your address, change password, check your happy coins and logout.
Please click on change password option in my account section but to do so you need to sign in to your prithve.com account first. Provide your old password then select a strong and secure password for your prithvr.com account and provide that to new password section and re-enter the new password then click on change password button. Your password will be changed. To know that password changed successfully, first logout from your account then go to sign in page and provide User Id and the new password. Yes, you can call and place an order. In that case you must have an account with prithve.com. You have to confirm your registered mobile number or email id then you can place order on call. When you place an order over phone then you have to specify products exact name,brand,size and quantity. We would request you to go through Cancellation & Returns policy.
Yes, you can order through whatsapp and sms. For whatsapp, you can take a picture of your product list and whatsapp us on 9477645065 number. Condition, the product list image must be clear, understandable and product name,brand,size,quantity must be specified. You can also place an order on whatsapp by message or you can place order over sms but Condition, the product message must be clear, understandable and product name,brand,size,quantity must be specified. You should provide us your delivery address. Please go through our Cancellation & Returns policy.
Delivery slots are time slots during which you will get your package.
Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to change or modify the order. You may cancel the order before order dispatch.

Payment mode can not be changed after placing an order.
If we are not able to deliver all the products your have ordered and prepaid the amount, you will get the balance amount refunded at your bank account but you have to provede your bank account details such as bank account number and ifsc code otherwise the balance amount will refunded at prithve wallet as coin. you can use this at any time against your next orders.
We have a no questions asked return and refund policy. Generally return and refund process take place within five working dayes but if there is any technical error the procedure may take upto twenty days.Customer are suggested to go through Cancellation & Returns policy.
You can check the serviceability of our deliverable area while selecting your pin code when you place your order.
Currently, we do not charge any delivery fee for the order you place on prithve.com but if you refuse or reject to take your order without any valid reason then you have to pay rs.60 max for the delivery service. Our delivery charges are: rs.49 for order value 299. rs.29 for order value 599 and rs.0 above order value 600.
