5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Payment Collection: Payment must be made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount as couriers may not carry change.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders or returned items (in case of damaged or incorrect products) will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for healthy plants. Refunds are only provided for damaged or incorrect items received.
7. Failed or Declined Transactions
- Retry Payment: If your payment fails or is declined, please retry the transaction using a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
- Order Status: Orders with failed or declined payments will not be processed. Please ensure successful payment to confirm your order.
